This Panera is a nice, clean location. Service is friendly. My Curbside order was missing the salad dressing so I'm lucky that I checked. The staff certainly took their time changing the ice and held up quite a line at the fountain machine without acknowledging anyone waiting which was a misstep. Still, a convenient location and food was ready on time.

We didn't have any trouble. A lot of Yelpers are putting the bad mouth on this location, but to us it was fine. I guess the service can vary, especially if they are busy or the crew is new. We like to stop by here on our way to the Columbus airport.
Wow this is a great Panera. We were passing through on our way west and found ourselves here at lunch time. We've been to many Panera's so knew what to expect, but this one exceeded all of our expectations. The staff were very nice, the other customers were nice, the dining room was nice, the bathrooms were nice, the parking lot was easy to drive around in, and the food was fantastic!
